Questions we get, every week.

Walk-ins welcome any business hour. Diagnostics start in roughly 18 minutes on average. If you'd rather hold a slot, the visit page has a drop-off picker.
Thirty-day labor on all repairs. Ninety-day on parts we install. New systems built in-house carry one-year hardware coverage. Refurbished systems carry thirty days. Virus reinfection within thirty days of removal is on us.
Always. We hand back the original drive when we replace it, in case anything didn't transfer cleanly. Keep it in a drawer for a few months — it's the cheapest backup you'll ever own.
Solid-state drives are roughly ten times faster than spinning hard disks, with no moving parts. We recommend SSD for any general use. HDDs still make sense as a cheap second drive for very large media archives.
For software issues — virus removal, OS troubleshooting, software install, email setup, printer or router help — yes. We connect over a secure remote tool with your permission. Hardware needs to come in.
No-fix-no-charge on diagnostics. If we open it up and conclude it's beyond economic repair, you don't pay for the look. Parts you've already approved are charged regardless of whether the repair succeeds.
All of them. We're not a manufacturer's authorized service center for those brands, so warranty work that's still under manufacturer cover should generally go to them. Out-of-warranty? Bring it here. We've seen all of it.
